With over 20 years at OnPoint, Robin has been instrumental in the company’s growth and employee satisfaction serving in numerous human resources roles during her tenure. She is currently the Human Resources Lead, and Assistant Facilities Security Officer.

Robin first joined OnPoint to support the company’s Department of Transportation (DOT) Security Force project serving as the team’s Human Resources Manager through 8 successful years. In 2011, she joined the corporate headquarters’ team with responsibilities including benefits, payroll, recruiting, and employee relations.

Robin enjoys being outside in the mountains and on the beach. She is known to spend many hours enjoying her love of photography looking for the perfect shot of nature. Residing in Delaware, she spends time on the beach searching for treasures.
