As a member of the OnPoint Board of Directors, Ms. Joanne Isham brings a unique perspective based on an extensive career in leadership positions in both the federal government and industry as an expert in espionage and security.

She is an experienced and results-driven government and private sector executive with over forty years’ experience in the national security community and has been recognized for outstanding leadership skills in: resource, acquisition, and program management expertise; strategic acumen, and commitment to mission success. She has significant experience managing large complex global organizations and programs, effectively addressing critical business and program challenges, developing strategies for growth, and driving the integration of diverse activities across the enterprise with win-win outcomes.

She is President of Isham Associates, LLC., an advisory firm focused on national security and innovative technologies, retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) after a distinguished career as a Senior Executive. Additional leadership positions she has held include Vice President, Deputy General Manager of Network Systems at BAE Systems and Senior Vice President for Washington Operations of L-1 Identity Solutions.

She was awarded the CIA’s Distinguished Intelligence Medal by Director John Deutch in 1995 for recognition for her outstanding leadership and management of the Office of Congressional Affairs. She was awarded the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement and received the Director’s Award in recognition of extraordinary service.
